Developed to assist Serverpeak in delivering the very best services to
our clients in one easy to use interface, the Serverpeak CMS system is a
modular Perl based system that is continually being expanded to incorporate the latest developments in the field.
These modules benefit from a single sign-on system allowing a client to
add or remove particular features of the user interface based on
their requirements and access restrictions. Through onboard support for
subscription based services, the Serverpeak CMS system will allow
particular subsets of clients access to one or more of the installed
modules.
As a result, you can now offer your clients a single login to access all their
available account features. In addition, the authentication system
employed by Serverpeak allows for multiple authentication sources
ranging from a static username and password list to POP3 authentication
checks.

- Support Desk
- Billing Area
- Knowledge Base
- Traffic Accounting system for Datacentre use
- Remote reboot system for Datacentre [see our Remote Reboot system for more information]
- Powerful forum system
Authentication systems currently supported:
- Manual user authentication
- POP3 user authentication
With its powerful API incorporated into the Serverpeak CMS, you are able to add any feature you desire
through a custom written Perl module. Due to it's open code base you
are not restricted to using Serverpeak services for module development
and consequently can decide to employ a Perl developer of your choosing
to complete the additional features required.
