CALLOUT CHARGES »

Setup charge includes 1 hour of scheduled business hours remote hands.
If sending hardware directly to Serverpeak please inform us of the postal tracking number for our reference.
Server hardware insurance is the customers responsibility.
To employ redundant switching equipment, customer hardware must be suitably compatible. Contact support@serverpeak.com for more information.
Upstream based firewall available. Please contact support for further details.
Traffic is the sum of both inbound and outbound data (ie. 3GB IN + 7GB Out = 10GB)
The iseek datacentre is located at 100 Ipswich Road, Woollongabba.
Scheduled visits require 3 hours notice.
Unscheduled visits must be booked via the emergency telephone supplied on signup.
Out of hours access requires 1 hours notice.
Escorted access is the ONLY method of datacentre access.
